Jon is away on a business trip and I was talking to him on the phone. He was telling me how the hotel had overbooked so they had to take him to another hotel at midnight no less. While talking to him I walked into the babies room to see this:
I said “holy crap”! He thought I was responding to what he was saying.
Anaiah seems to have what I had last week…accept worse. I had diarrhea for 5 days. She started having diarrhea Saturday morning. This morning I woke up to her and her crib FULL of diarrhea. It was even dried onto her.
My mother in law was speaking in church so I had decided to go for the first hour and then come back home. When I was doing something in the kitchen Anaiah projectile vomited everywhere so we stayed home. A little bit later she did the same thing.
My best friend Judi came over to help because I was completely over whelmed. It allowed me to be able to get her bed stuff washed while Judi spent some time with Anaiah.
Anaiah had her one year shots yesterday. They went ok. She cried like she was scared though. Can’t say I blame her, I know some vaccines can burn (wasn’t even the prick of the needle that hurt her)
Anaiah is starting to talk more and more. She can say “Diaper, Touch, banana (“nana”), Kitty, mama, dada, hi and uh oh.” I”m sure there is more but that is all I can think of at the moment. I can’t always get her to say the words, although she does know them.
She also understands “milk, breakfast, eat, more”. Although she refuses to say them. I If say the word “milk” in front of her she will start crying lol.
When ever I get Anaiah up from bed or a nap she always giggles and makes it known that she is very happy to see me. Today when I got her up from the nap she did the same thing. Accept when I picked her up she giggled louder and gave me 2 or 3 big hugs. It was really cute.
My sweet silly little girls is quickly morphing into toddler mode. With toddler mode comes temper tantrums and emotions all over the place. It’s like a mini version of the worst part of me really. Which is quite scary frankly.
Here is a picture from yesterday when we went to visit a friend. G is a month younger then Anaiah and was full of smiles and giggles. Anaiah cried when he tried to hold her hand.
I can’t believe my baby is one! I’ll make another post on that later! We are celebrating on 8/16 with family! I’m doing a smash cake photo session on Tuesday.
